I operate under Life Ready Health Group Pty Ltd. All personal and health information you share—whether online, over the phone, in clinic, or through my content—is collected and handled according to Life Ready’s legal obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).

When you engage with The Hip and Knee Physio on Instagram, Facebook, or my website, I may collect:

  • Your name, email, or phone number (if you message or fill in a form),

  • Details you provide voluntarily in messages (e.g. concerns about hip or knee pain),

  • Your preferences for appointments, content, or resources.

I do not collect or store medical records independently—all clinical data is handled through Life Ready’s secure systems.

  • Refer you to Life Ready for booking and treatment (if you become a patient),

  • Occasionally contact you about new physio content or resources.

All clinical and patient data is securely stored by Life Ready Health Group, and may be held on Australian-based or secure international servers, in accordance with Life Ready’s Privacy Policy.

Your social media interactions (likes, comments, DMs) are also governed by the policies of those platforms (e.g. Meta, Instagram).
