The Hip & Knee Physio Is Moving!
A new chapter is coming in 2027.
Hi, I'm Emma!
After many years practising in Camberwell, I'm excited to share that The Hip & Knee Physio will be moving to a Ivanhoe in Melbourne's inner north-east.
I'm currently planning to resume in-person appointments in early 2027.
While I prepare for the move, new patient bookings are temporarily paused.
I know how important it is to have consistent support throughout rehabilitation, so I'm taking this opportunity to ensure everything is in place before welcoming new patients.
Would you like to be notified when appointments reopen?
If you're looking for help with hip or knee pain, ACL rehabilitation, osteoarthritis or returning to exercise, I'd love to keep you updated.
Register your interest below and I'll let you know when the new clinic location and appointment availability are confirmed.
Thank you for your patience and support. I'm looking forward to welcoming you to the next chapter of The Hip & Knee Physio!

What to Expect at Your Initial Consultation
We make it simple to get started. Your first appointment includes:
1. Comprehensive Assessment
Emma will begin with a detailed discussion about your symptoms, injury history or surgery (if applicable), daily activities, and goals.
2. Movement Analysis
Emma will assess your hip and/or knee mechanics using movement screening techniques. This helps identify possible contributing factors to your pain, such as joint stiffness, muscular imbalance, or load tolerance issues.
3. Immediate Treatment
Your initial session may include hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, or other treatment strategies to b begin addressing your symptoms.
4. Personalised Rehab Plan
You’ll leave with a structured rehabilitation plan tailored to your body, lifestyle, and goals. This may include strength work, mobility exercises, or sport-specific drills.
